  • Yes! Our bagels are prepped 24 hours in advance for slow fermentation, then boiled and baked fresh the morning of your pickup. We use only high-quality, fresh ingredients—no preservatives, no shortcuts. Just real, handmade bagels the old-school way.

  • You can place your order by selecting your pickup date, choosing your bagel flavors, and picking a pickup time. That’s it! Everything’s made fresh for your selected day.

  • We offer house-made cream cheese exclusively at select pop-up events. It is not currently available with standard pre-orders, so be sure to check our event announcements if you’d like to grab some with your bagels.

  • You’ll pay with a credit or debit card on our ordering site right after selecting your flavors and pickup time—easy and secure!

  • Yes, we do! Whether it’s for an office meeting, brunch, or special event, we’ve got you covered. Just fill out the contact form on our website to get started: eatsevenbagels.com/contact.

  • Same Day:

    Loosely cover in a paper bag or clean towel at room temp.

    1–3 Days:

    Store in a paper bag inside a sealed plastic bag (or airtight container) at room temp.

    Paper absorbs moisture, plastic keeps them from going stale.

    Freezing (3+ Days):

    Slice bagels (optional), wrap individually in plastic wrap or foil, and freeze.

  • We are a home-based bakery located in Eagan, MN. We offer fresh bagel pickups every weekend for customers in Eagan, Apple Valley, Burnsville, and Rosemount. You can also find us at pop-up events at across Minneapolis and Saint Paul.
