ABOUT US

Seven Bagels started long before it had a name. We’re high school sweethearts, and for a long time almost every day included a cinnamon bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Bagels were always our thing.

Alexa always dreamed of owning a bagel shop, and Ty has always had a passion for cooking. One day, Ty made it his goal to create the perfect bagel for Alexa. After one bite, she said, “you have to sell these.” That moment is where Seven Bagels truly began.

When it came time to name it, we wanted something personal and meaningful. The number seven has always been part of our story. Ty was born on 7/7, we got married in July, and even a baker’s half dozen is seven. It felt like the right fit from the beginning.

We started by selling from our home after getting our cottage license, turning early mornings into porch pickups. Since then, we have grown into pop-ups at local coffee shops and recently expanded after receiving our dairy license.

Seven Bagels is not our full-time job. It is something we choose to do together on weekends and early mornings because we love it. Every batch is made by us with care, and every bit of support means more to us than we can put into words.

We’re so glad you’re here.
